    重温瑜珈

    本周上了两次瑜珈课,总结下:
    距上次瑜珈4年之久了吧,但鉴于本人童女功在身,所以第一次课后就得到了安老师的表扬。嘿嘿~~
    孕妇瑜珈明显对提示的要求强度很小,对呼吸节奏也比较宽容,不知是4年没做的原因还是双身的原因,即便如此,我还是会出汗。
    可能还是心理上有些约束,以致动作不能完全舒展,所以没有以前做完后全身通透,无比轻松的感觉,在做放松运动的时候也不能睡着了,特别是今天,小朋友一直在动呀动,动呀动,当思想在瑜珈的状态时对小朋友的动作愈发的敏感,所以早早地起身去换衣服了。
    说说好的地方,人很少,两次都是只有4个学员,老师也很关注每个人的情况,会及时地调整动作或是帮忙增加辅助工具,会给大家盖毯子等等。。。有很受关照的温暖感受。
    在做呼吸调整的提示时,老师会让把手放在肚子上,像是通过呼吸跟小朋友在对话,做动作提示时,也会感觉在给小朋友做抚触或是按摩。
    最大的好处是,课后可以跟其它学员一起8卦下,里面会有比自己小朋友大的,看着她们精神奕奕的样子,会更有信心,消除对天天长大肚子的恐慌心理。
     
    办了30次的卡,可以练到小朋友面世以前,一定要坚持呀,加油!
